Welcome to Bryan High School

Bryan High School BuildingBryan High School is located at 4700 Giles Road in Bellevue, Nebraska. The diverse student population includes students in grades 9-12. Bryan High School has built its curriculum around sixteen career clusters. Each cluster is intended to provide students with the knowledge, skills and attitudes necessary to complete high school, to begin work on a post-secondary degree or to enter the world of work.
We are pleased to announce that this year Bryan Sr. High School will be implementing an alternating day block schedule. Students will continue to have four blocks or classes each day; however, with the alternating or A/B block schedule, students will have four classes on A days and four different classes on B days. This allows students to have up to eight classes in their schedule each semester.

Emergency Relocation Information for Parents

Should we have a need to evacuate the school and move students to another temporary location, we want you to know in advance that we have made arrangements to do so at Bryan Middle School, 8210 S. 42nd St. or if that building is unavailable, we will move students to Daniel J. Gross High School, 7700 S. 43 St. Please read the attached letter for more information.

High School Transportation Changes for 2013-14

The Omaha Public Schools’ student assignment plan provides students the option of attending any OPS high school, providing there is space available.  For the 2013-14 school year, a student’s eligibility for transportation to high school remains the same as it has been for the past several school years.  The change to transportation is the distance a bus stop may be from the student’s primary residenceFor 2013-14, if high school students are eligible for transportation, the bus stop may be up to 2 miles from the student’s residence.

To apply to use the Parent Portal, click Parent Portal Application-English or Parent Portal Application - Spanish, complete the application and return it to the school's main office for processing.
